Skipper seized in Nicaragua boat tragedy was convicted drug trafficker Roger Hilario Blandon, 53, the skipper of a tourist boat which capsized off the coast of Nicaragua killing 13 people, previously served five years in prison for drugs trafficking, it has emerged.
