Jihadi suspect arrested in Sweden after crossing Arctic Circle on a BICYCLE Mutar Muthanna Majid, 25, was arrested at a refugee hostel in Boliden, Sweden. He had cycled from Russia. A loophole allows cyclists to be waved straight across the Norwegian border.
