Two Turkish men are jailed for 13 years for stealing an ice cream from a classmate eight years ago Volkan Kutlu and Okan Ciftci from Istanbul were just 14 and 15 when they were arrested for stealing an ice cream and sunflower seeds from a fellow pupil eight years ago.
