Russian hotel room where billionaire's son Egor Sosin 'strangled his mother' Egor Sosin has been arrested on suspicion of murder after his mother Anastasia Novikova-Sosina was found in a hotel suite they were sharing in the Volga River city of Kazan in Russia.
