Paris attacks' third Bataclan Theatre attacker identified as Frenchman Foued Mohamed Aggad Foued Mohamed Aggad, from the eastern French city of Strasbourg, has been named as one of the men who took part in the slaughter at the Bataclan theatre in Paris on November 13.
