Map shows more than 31,000 from 86 countries have 'joined ISIS in Syria' A new report found the number of fanatics from Europe, Asia and Africa heading to fight for ISIS in Iraq and Syria has doubled to 31,000, with a third likely to return home for new lone wolf attacks.
