German councillor Marcel Zech whose tattoo of the Auschwitz death camp is jailed Marcel Zech, 27, who sits on the Barnim state council, was charged with incitement after going to a pool 15 miles from Berlin, Germany, with a tattoo of a death camp entrance and a Nazi slogan on his back.
