Ceremony marks 6 months since Germanwings' Andreas Lubitz flew jet into French Alps Lufthansa's Carsten Spohr and Germanwings' Thomas Winkelmann laid a wreath at a memorial in Le Vernet, France to remember the victims of the crash in March.
