Juarez Cartel boss 'The Liquidator' arrested in Mexico Mexican police said they arrested Jesus Salas Aguayo, a former hitman and current leader of the Juarez Cartel, wanted in connection with 20 deaths, on Friday in him hometown of Villa Ahumada.
